Job Description
Do you have a passion for working with children and families?
Community Solutions Inc., an agency whose core values are Integrity, Compassion, Connection and Service is
an International leader in the implementation of evidenced based treatment models for child welfare and juvenile justice for over 20 years and the number one provider of Multisystemic Therapy. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is the top internationally recognized evidenced based model for at risk youth supported by the US Department of Justice, National Institute of Health, and the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime.
Community Solutions has partnered with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to provide MST to several regions and is looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists in Nashua
who want to be a part of an innovative treatment model that provide caregivers with the tools they need to transform the lives of troubled youth.
Community Solutions empowers MST therapists with the necessary tools to be successful:
LICENSURE HOURS
Surface Pro Laptops
IPhone
Hotspots
Mileage at the IRS rate
Small caseload of 6 families at any given time
As a Therapist you will receive ongoing training in the Multisystemic Therapy
(MST)
model as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement MST as designed. Extensive research has proven the effectiveness of MST.
MST therapists do whatever it takes, via close collaboration with all involved, to address the needs of juveniles with serious criminal offenses, including and, in some cases, substance abuse.
You will empower families to address challenging and/or problematic behavior and to help youth aged 12 - 17 make life-transforming changes. Treatment progress is made through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support, to name a few.
