BS/BA in social work or allied health profession and one (1) year experience in a mental health setting; or AA in social work, psychology or health care and three (3) years\u0026rsquo; experience in a mental health setting or community outreach program\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Knowledge of process of mental illness\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of age\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull;
