The RBOM has an indirect supervisory relationship to the Business Office Managers and Office Coordinators. The RBOM partners with the Program Administrators in providing support and training to business office personnel around oversight, monitoring, and compliance of financial policies and procedures. The RBOM provides support both on-site and remotely to all assigned programs.u0026nbsp;u0026nbsp;u003c/spanu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003e ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholdersu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Is responsible for the financial functions of the Business Offices in the assigned regionu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Directs the planning, organizing, and coordinating of the activities of various Business Offices in the assigned region in accordance with Corporate and program policies u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Provides training to all new Business Office staff within the assigned regionu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Provides training on fiscal policies and procedures to Program Administrators within assigned regionu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Ensures performance of time-sensitive job duties (e.g., banking, payroll, and Rep Payee) of the Business Office Managers during absences or vacanciesu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Assists in the formulation of Corporate fiscal policies and procedures and regularly monitors compliance by the programsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Makes use of management practices that include empowerment of staff, the provision of clear and concise expectations regarding duties assigned to employees, frequent feedback focusing on both positive and problematic aspects of work performance, and other management practices that are consistent with Continuous Quality improvementu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Provides coaching and development planning to assist assigned staff to achieve their professional goalsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Reviews and analyzes corporate and program fiscal policies and procedures and makes recommendations for revisions and methods to increase efficiency and effectivenessu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Establishes staffing requirements and assignmentsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Establishes and maintains the job specifications and descriptions for assigned staffu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Hires, orients, and trains new and existing staffu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Provides direction and policy interpretation to program staff on financial and administrative mattersu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Ensures dissemination and implementation of policy and procedural changes within the programs in the assigned regionu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Ensures that financial policies and procedures are followed at the programsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Coordinates the efforts of assigned staff and promotes the cost-effective use of personnel, supplies and equipmentu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Manages assigned staff within allocated budgetary parameters and provides input into the development of the fiscal budget of the Regional Finance Departmentu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Oversees business office operations, including sufficient auditing and review, to ensure compliance with Telecare policies and proceduresu003cbr /u003eDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.u003cbr /u003eu003cbr /u003eu003cstrongu003eQUALIFICATIONSu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eRequired: u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Bacheloru0026rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university with at least one academic year of accounting unitsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Six (6) years of related experience, three (3) of which were spent in a supervisory capacityu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; The ability to function independently, work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, and maintain confidentiality of materials and informationu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Prior management skills and experience u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Demonstrated organizational, time, and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervisionu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; There will be travel throughout the region in order to perform required duties (amount to vary depending on size of region)u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of ageu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
