Lead position for Hollins University Student Counseling. Position will act as liaison to the university, develop programs to support a campus culture of well-being and inclusion, develop case work protocols and practices, clinically support staff therapists, establish collaborative partnerships with student health services and key university personnel, develop and provide workshops regarding student mental health and well-being for faculty and staff. Currently position is for 38 weeks per year, with potential to expand in the future.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university required.    

EXPERIENCE: Two years of clinical experience required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) or RN CNS required.

For those working in an inpatient setting, de-escalation training must be successfully completed within four months of hire and then maintained annually going forward.
