Job Qualification
1. Master’s degree in School Social Work (MSW)
2. Must be certified by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction as a school social worker
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a school social worker
4. Other qualifications as the superintendent and the NHCS Board may find appropriate
