Located in Largo in the heart of Prince George's County, our new state-of-the-art regional medical center (UM Capital Region Medical Center) will provide improved access to primary and ambulatory care services, and serve as a tertiary care center for critically ill patients. In addition, our new space will allow us to expand our offerings as a community partner to help improve the health status of Prince George's County residents.

We're looking for Social Worker (MSW) to join our extraordinaryTeam at University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center. Our affiliation
with the University of Maryland MedicalSystem (UMMS) has created a number of new career pathways and makes this the
perfect time for you to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
Assesses, develops, implements and coordinates care plans for the Psycho-social needs of each resident, to
include supportive counseling to patient and family members. Collaborates with other staff concerning patient
admissions and discharges from the treatment facility. Work is performed under the supervision of a Licensed
Social Worker.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Current Maryland Social Worker License in good standing. Valid Driver's License.Masters Social Work Lic, New Grad Lic.
